the simple power of a stencil

I went over to a friend's house last night and was reminded of the power of a simple stencil! She had stenciled bright popping circles on the floor of her children's playroom. I found these elegant bird stencils today, and believe my bathroom may soon hear some tweeting...yes, this is so over done. But despite the markets over saturation of bird things -- I still adore swallows, swifts and sparrows like these from this Etsy artist...

Thanks Teresa for the great idea!! Oh and Brittany I saw DRAGON stencils at Hobby Lobby!! The pic on the website is weak, but in person it rocks.
